Marketing Assistant (Paid Search & Paid Social)

About Paul Klebanov
A boutique DTC growth agency on a mission to scale e-commerce brands through killer paid media, email & SMS. We're looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to support paid search and paid social advertising campaigns for our eCommerce clients.
What you'll do:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns
- Support campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization activities
- Help compile performance reports and track key metrics
- Assist with creative asset organization and ad copy development
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis
- Support team with administrative tasks and client communications
What you'll bring to the table:
- 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing (internships count)
- Basic familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- BA/BS degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Interest in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer brands
