Marketing Assistant (Paid Search & Paid Social)

About Paul Klebanov

A boutique DTC growth agency on a mission to scale e-commerce brands through killer paid media, email & SMS. We're looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to support paid search and paid social advertising campaigns for our eCommerce clients.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns
  • Support campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization activities
  • Help compile performance reports and track key metrics
  • Assist with creative asset organization and ad copy development
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis
  • Support team with administrative tasks and client communications

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing (internships count)
  • Basic familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • BA/BS degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer brands
