To make sure we only onboard brands that we can grow, we offer a free personalized live screen share Zoom audit as the next step in the process. This lets us identify structural concerns, wasted spend, and performance-based opportunities—unearthing exactly what's working, what's not, and how to improve your campaigns to maximize ROI and grow your revenue.

At this stage, we will also build out a growth map and forecast growth probabilities to align on expectations.

3-month initial contract: From start to finish, we will try to put as much of the work on us as possible & outline a custom proposal via a PandaDoc agreement based on the audit findings for your review, signature & payment.

Once you sign up for the service, we'll send you a questionnaire and schedule our onboarding call containing a point-by-point timeline for execution, working spreadsheets & an invitation to join an Asana project to collaborate on our cross-channel content calendar, growth strategy, growth map, design assets, metric sheet, and learnings log.

We manage giveaways, exclusive drops, and holiday promotions, so you are never wondering and always in the know about what we are working on and how each campaign is performing.

By the end of this call, we will have the complete growth strategy and execution timeline outlined with complete alignment on the KPIs anchored toward your brand's larger goals. This includes:
