How do we protect your information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We do not use Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Do we use 'cookies'?

Yes. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Advertising and analytics partners

We advertise our own services on third-party platforms, and we measure how well that advertising works. To do that we share limited information about your activity on this website with the following partners:

• Google LLC — through Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure website traffic, report on advertising performance, and show you our ads on Google properties and partner sites.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — through the Meta pixel, to report on advertising performance and show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

What we share, and how

These partners set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser, and receive information about the pages you view and the actions you take on this site — for example, submitting a form or booking a call. This lets us tell which advertising led to a genuine enquiry.

Where you give us contact details — such as an email address when you book a call or subscribe — we may also share those details with these same partners in hashed (irreversibly scrambled) form, so that a partner can match your activity to an existing account it already holds and report the result more accurately. Hashing means the partner cannot read the original email address from what we send. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with these partners for any purpose other than measuring and delivering our own advertising.

Opting out

You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner shown when you first visit this site. You can also control how Google advertises to you at Google Ad Settings, opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, and adjust your Meta ad preferences in your Facebook Ad Preferences. You may also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at once through the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Those campaigns are created and managed through an internal application operated by Klebanov, LLC using the Meta Marketing API. That application is private to our own business: it is used solely to manage advertising accounts, Pages and Instagram accounts that Klebanov, LLC owns, it is not offered to or installed by anyone else, and it does not access data belonging to any other business.

Our use of the Meta platform is governed by the Meta Platform Terms. Information we obtain through Meta is used only for the purposes described in this policy, is not sold or transferred, and is not combined with data from other sources to build profiles for anyone other than us.

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram

Some of our ads use Meta lead forms, which let you send us an enquiry without leaving Facebook or Instagram. If you choose to submit one:

• What is collected: the details you enter in the form — typically your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number — together with the ad and form the submission came from.
• Who collects it first: Meta. Your submission is made on Meta's platform and is handled under Meta's own privacy policy before it reaches us.
• How we retrieve it: we download the submission using the Meta Marketing API, through the internal application described above.
• What we do with it: the enquiry is sent to Paul Klebanov by email and used to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. Nothing else.
• Who else sees it: nobody. It is not sold, not shared with any third party, and not passed to an advertising partner.
• How long we keep it: for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and to keep an ordinary business record of the correspondence. Meta separately retains lead submissions on its own systems for a limited period under its own policies.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time using our contact page, and we will do so within 30 days. You can also review and withdraw the permissions you have given to businesses on Meta at any time in your Facebook settings.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:

• Within 7 business days

We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
