Free for the first 50 · Founders & C-level only
A Slack community forDTC operators only.
Running a DTC brand is hard. Watching everyone claim AI runs their business while it can’t write you one usable ad brief is worse. This private Slack is where founders and operators trade what actually works: media buying, creative strategy, and the AI systems underneath.
Inside
Real operators. Zero noise.
AI agents, automation builds, creative pipelines, and the Meta and Google strategy underneath them. The kind of thread you screenshot and send to your ops lead.
Illustrative thread. The real ones stay in the room.
- The creative-testing structure I run on $250K+/month accounts, from ABO to CBO to cost caps, and when to move between them
- The AI creative pipeline that took one brand from a creative bottleneck to an extra $100K/month in spend at 3x ROAS
- Claude Code skills and Python scripts you can copy into your own stack the same day
- Live builds where I wire these systems on screen, start to finish
This room is for you if
- You founded or run a DTC brand: CEO, COO, CMO, owner
- You spend real money on Meta and Google and feel every CPM swing
- You want AI doing real work in your brand, not just demos in your feed
It’s not for
- Vendors and agencies hunting for leads
- Course sellers building a launch list
- Anyone who wants an audience instead of peers

Who’s behind it
I’m Paul Klebanov. I buy media, I write code, and I still do both every day.
Computer science degree. 15 years of media buying and creative strategy on Meta and Google for DTC brands. I hit the same walls you have: creative bottlenecks, reporting that ate my week, AI that demos well and falls apart in production. So I built my own systems, and they run my agency today. This room is where I share them, and where operators compare what’s actually working.

Introduce yourself in #start-here
Name, brand, site, and what you’re working on right now. That’s the application.
I open the room to you
Every member is approved personally. Founders and C-level operators only. Then the whole room opens for you.
Why free? The first 50 set the culture of the room. I’d rather fill it with the right people than put a paywall on the door on day one. After the founding group, the door won’t stay free.
