A boutique DTC growth agency on a mission to scale e-commerce brands through killer paid media, email & SMS. We're looking for a freelance Senior Retention & SMS Marketing Manager to drive email and SMS marketing strategies for our eCommerce clients.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies for DTC eCommerce brands
- Create and optimize automated email flows, campaigns, and SMS sequences using Klaviyo and other platforms
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve customer retention and lifetime value
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and customer journey to create personalized messaging
- A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to maximize engagement and conversions
What you'll bring to the table:
- 3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing for eCommerce brands
- Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo and email marketing best practices
- Proven track record of improving email revenue and customer retention
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to craft compelling email content
- Experience with segmentation strategies and customer lifecycle marketing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
